Are the plugs sold as pairs?

Yes. The Qty of "1" means that you will receive one pair

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

International deliveries to Europe, Australia, Asia, New Zealand can take up to 5 weeks depending on customs clearance.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If we have made a mistake on your order, we will always fix it until you are satisfied. But other than that, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns because of health concerns.
